How often do we get to the end of the day, exhausted and done, with still the final task of putting dinner on the table. This month’s recipes are selected with ease and timing in mind - so that they are done in less than 30 minutes.

To find success at these speedy dinners, these are my Top Tips
Tip #1
Purchase your meat and freeze until needed. Buying the meat in bulk will usually save you money and if you flat-pack it into the portion needed, then it is ready to be pulled out the freezer and defrost quickly to use as required.
Remember to use Cookidoo to meal plan the week ahead so you have the ingredients ready
Tip #2
If you don’t have the meat, then make the vegetarian recipes on the card instead. They are incredibly tasty and filling, plus cheap to make.
Tip #3
Pre-chop the vegetables and have them ready to go in the fridge (keep an eye out for a bonus video on this). If you need them to last more than a few days, get yourself the Vac-U-Seal from the Mixshop as this removes the air from the glass container which keeps them fresh longer.
